Founded in February 2007 and is audited by Ernst & Young. It strategically manages NIKOLA PROJECT from Switzerland with an operational unit in Croatia, Šibenik: CHR EKO-PROJEKT d.o.o. (Ltd.), which has purchased the prime real estate coastline either directly or via its subsidiaries and has obtained the urban planning authorization.
A company fully operative in Croatia, and wholly owned by a Swiss-based company CHR EKO-PROJEKT SA, under private ownership. The developers constitute a small group of high-level real estate professionals who have more than 40 years of experience of project development and real estate.
Chairman
Age 70, a self-made man. He began his rich career life at the age of 15, as a sanitation apprentice. At 23, after taking over his boss’s business with 6 employees, he started getting more involved in the property development. In 1985 he assumed control of a publicly traded company with 250 employees. In 1993 he acquired Sté TFI Trident with a capital of CHF 60,000.00. By 2015 its consolidated balance sheet with reserves amounted to roughly CHF 450 million with about CHF 300 million in equity.
Executive Director
Age 45, a man who stands behind his main goals: to achieve high-level results based on factual decisions, to demonstrate full commitment and a strong ethic, and to develop and promote a dynamic and rewarding work environment. He holds an MBA degree obtained from the universities in Lausanne and Singapore, and has had almost 15 years of experience filling management positions in insurance, real estate and private equity businesses. He is a direct investor in startups and a founder of several companies. Since 2014 he has taken active part in the development of Nikola within CHR.
Development Director
Age 38, an expert in international hotel and real-estate development, who’s proficiency extends to mixed-use projects. Having worked on four continents and more than a dozen projects, most notable the Palm Island in Dubai, as a consultant and a project manager; he
brings a wealth of practical experience to the team. He holds an MBA degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, with a specialization in Tourism Management. He has been part of Nikola since 2016 and has joined the team in 2018.
